Giveaway Policy

Conditions of participation

Participation in the giveaway of trbo, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Expiry of the giveaway

The duration of the giveaway is from 12.06.2024 to 13.06.2024 at 3 pm. During this period, users will be given the opportunity to enter the competition online.

Participation

To participate in the giveaway comment the LinkedIn post about the EM Giveaway as specified in the instructions.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the closing date will not be considered.
Only one submitted comment per participant will be entered into the giveaway. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple LinkedIn accounts to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

Eligible participants

Eligible to participate are natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway, customers, employees and competitors of the operator as well as their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the giveaway, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair actions or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.

Winning, notification and transmission of the prize.

The following prize will be awarded after the two winners are drawn from all participants:

1x Fan Package

The draw of the winners  will take place after the end of the giveaway on 13.06.2024 at 3 pm.
The winners will be notified on Thursday 13.06.2024 via LinkedIn and the prize will be sent after the winners have send all the necessary information via Linkedin.
Redemption of the prize will be made exclusively to the winner or a representative from his company. An exchange as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of one week, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the giveaway

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the giveaway from running as planned.

Data protection

If you enter our giveaway via LinkedIn, we process the following personal data: first and last name, business email address and company name.
We process this data for the purpose of drawing the winners, providing the prize. 

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future (e.g. by e-mail) to the responsible trbo. For more information on the responsible party and the rights to which you are entitled under the DSGVO with regard to the processing of your personal data, please refer to our privacy policy at https://www.trbo.com/privacy-policy/.
Participation in the giveaway and the provision of your above-mentioned data is on a voluntary basis. Please note, however, that in the event of a prize, we can only provide it to you if you provide us with the data required to process the prize.
Your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of the processing no longer applies or you revoke your consent.

Applicable law

Questions or complaints in connection with the giveaway should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the imprint section of the website.
The giveaway of the operator is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the possible assessment of the submitted giveaway entries.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
