In December we initiated a very special tour of Germany with our three partners CrossEngage, gpredictive and optilyz.
Under the motto “Along the Customer Journey” the Christmas Roadshow visited four German cities. The roadshow’s focus was on the exchange between our customers, exciting presentations and of course networking in a cosy, festive atmosphere.
The start: Stop No. 1 at the CrossEngage office
The first stop of our roadshow took us to the office of CrossEngage in Berlin. After arriving and the first round of networking, the first lecture started. Gabor Cseh from Twago gave an insight into the work of Twago and Cross Engage in the field of Talent Pooling. Afterwards, Julia Santos from mymuesli and Robert Rebholz from optilyz presented their joint case on the successful implementation of direct mailing campaigns. Sven-Ole Binder from the Co-Piloten demonstrated “Why technology and incentives are not everything”. Finally, Hanna Waldenmaier from usercentrics and our Head of Account Management, Anna-Katharina Knarr, jointly presented how GDPR-compliant user consent can be maintained and optimized. After the presentations, the participants were busy networking and the evening ended in a relaxed atmosphere.
Stop No. 2: The Gpredictive office in Hamburg
The next day, the entire roadshow proceeded to Hamburg. This time we met in the rooms of gpredictive. Again, exciting presentations were on the agenda: Klaus Skripalle from Channel 21 presented their work with gpredictive, followed by two presentations from Ludwig Görtz GmbH. Sandra Sucher explained the direct mailing strategy of Görtz together with optilyz. On behalf of Vivian van Zanten, our Head of Account Management Anna was on stage for the next presentation and demonstrated how Görtz optimizes the webshop together with trbo. Finally, Jan Große-Kreul from Atelier Goldener Schnitt gave an insight into the cooperation with CrossEngage for the successful CRM of the traditional company. With mulled wine and bratwurst we let the evening end on the roof terrace.
Stop No. 3: At the FondOf-office in Cologne
After a short break, we went on to Cologne-Ehrenfeld in week two. This is where FondOf is located. Despite the fact that they are moving to new offices soon, they provided us with their office space. And again, we heard many interesting presentations. Robert Rebholz from optilyz started the evening with a customer case from Gebrüder Götz, Nadine Guckeisen from FondOf gave exciting insights into their work with CrossEngage, Anna-Katharina Knarr presented how the onsite optimization is implemented by Sport Schuster with the help of trbo and Andrew Haupthoff-Parkin from Eurotops showed how the company operates with gpredictive. With mulled wine and snacks, there was a lot of networking and further exchange.
Stop No. 4: In the trbo office in Munich
The last stop of the roadshow took us to Munich the next day. In our festively decorated rooms on Leopoldstraße we started the last part of the roadshow with mulled wine and tapas.
And again the program offered exciting insights for all participants.
Larissa Dien from our customer Sport Schuster kicked off the event by showing how the KPIs of the traditional company are improved together with trbo through onsite optimization. Next, Nils Weber from Nexus used the example of the Scout24 Group to show how a data-driven CRM with CrossEngage can be successfully implemented. From the IT manager’s point of view, Mathias Schwenck from 1-2-3.tv gave an insight into his experiences with the successful introduction of gpredictive. The last presentation of the evening and the roadshow was given by Robert Rebholz on “Personalization as a success factor with Direct Mail 2.0”.
We concluded the evening with mulled wine and a beer or two. We can reveal one thing: The event did not end at 8pm
We can therefore look back on a very successful first edition of the Christmas Roadshow. Our partner CrossEngage has put together a very nice video of the recap – be inspired by the enthusiasm!
Many thanks to all participants and especially to our partners and speakers!
We are looking forward to repeating it next year and will keep you updated on our blog!
