Following Maximilian Kraft’s start last month, we are happy to announce a new employee in April. From now on Lucia Gistl supports us as a Junior HR & Recruiting Manager.
The 27-year-old discovered her great passion for photography at the age of 16 and therefore decided to start an apprenticeship as a photographer with a focus on product photography. Following this, she completed an internship with Ulla Lohmann, an expedition photographer and filmmaker – working amongst others for GEO, National Geographic, ARD, ZDF and many more. Lucia then discovered the impact that people’s stories and moments have on her, which is why she decided to live her passion and become self-employed as a photographer in January 2016.
Simultaneously with her business registration as a self-employed photographer, Lucia started her studies in tourism management at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Even during her bachelor’s degree, Lucia was more than active professionally. During her studies she did an internship in Barcelona in a creative workshop and an Erasmus exchange semester that allowed her to go to Alicante, Spain. She also completed numerous internships, for example in marketing & launch at Steelcase, in the event department of the Andaz Hotel at Schwabinger Tor in Munich, in social media marketing at Slash.Digtital and then in HR at happybrush GmbH. Eventually, she found her way to trbo.
Lucia continues to live out her passion for photography. You should definitely have a look at her beautiful website!
Lucia is more than just a Junior HR & Recruiting Manager and a photographer with all her heart and soul. Born in Bavaria, she further describes herself as a sun worshiper, a cappuccino lover, a sandwich kid (between her two sisters), spontaneous, active, optimistic, and a positive thinker.
In her free time, Lucia enjoys hiking in the mountains or jogging along the Isar River. She also frequently undertakes bicycle trips – sometimes even for several days. She loves to participate in creative workshops such as photography and pottery and, if circumstances allow, she gets into her VW bus and drives away for a while.
We are very happy to have found such a great addition to our team with Lucia – and are already looking forward to some really fancy team photos, among other things. 😉
Welcome to trbo, Lucia!
