A great start into November: Jihad Habiballah joins our account management team

We are starting November as strong as we ended October and have another new employee to announce: Jihad Habiballah is now supporting us as a trainee in account management. In this position he will learn everything about our tool and how to best support our customers. As responsibility plays an important role in our trainee program right from the start, he will also take on his first own customer projects and support them in personalizing, optimizing and testing their websites.

Born in Nazareth, the Palestinian came to Germany at the age of 19 in 2010. He first lived in Göttingen for a year where he learned the new language. In 2011, Jihad then moved to Munich and began studying medicine at LMU. After four years, however, he realized that the passion he had felt for medicine was no longer the same and that his interests had changed. So in 2016 – again at LMU – he began studying business administration. In addition to focusing on Marketing & Strategy, he also familiarized himself with the topics of Innovation & Technology. Along the way, the 30-year-old worked as a barista at Starbucks. In 2018, he then began working as a student trainee in the Global Sales and Marketing departments at TÜV SÜD. In April 2020, he then worked at LBS Bayern, where he supported the sales marketing and customer management departments. Just recently, in August, Jihad wrote his bachelor’s thesis and has now successfully completed his studies.

In his free time, Jihad enjoys playing tennis and going for a run. It doesn’t matter if the weather is good or not. Then he likes to stick his nose into books, especially language books. In addition to his native Arabic, the 30-year-old speaks four other languages: Hebrew, English, German and Italian. He would like to learn the latter even more. Moreover, he is a soccer fan. Regrettably, to the chagrin of our 1860 Munich faction, his soccer heart does not beat for the Lions, because Jihad is a passionate AC Milan fan. He also loves cats, but has not yet had the opportunity to keep one of his own in his student dormitory. However, he would like to fulfill this wish soon and has even chosen a name for his future pet: Falafel.

We are very excited about the start of Jihad and especially looking forward to the team soon benefiting from his barista skills in addition to his account management skills.   Welcome to the trbo team, Jihad!
