2022 is the year of constant growth for us, as our team just keeps getting bigger and bigger! After announcing the start of Eva Zuanel, we are pleased to welcome another new member of the trbo-team: Sandra Hendel joins us as Senior Client Success Manager.
After graduating from school, Sandra initially decided to study in the humanities: she completed her bachelor’s degree in Italian, art history and theater studies. After graduating, she immediately added a master’s degree in literature and Roman languages. So she is a real linguistic talent and speaks Italian, Romanian and a little French.
After graduating with a Master’s degree, Sandra gained her first professional experience at the agency Avantgarde. There she worked in project management for exhibitions and events. Among other things, she was in charge of the David Bowie exhibition in Berlin. This was followed by five years in Client Success at the platform for design and architecture Architonic. She also spent a year in the marketing department of a plastic surgeon. Although Sandra found this very interesting, she missed the direct contact with clients. Therefore, she was very happy to have found our job advertisement and can now bring her experience and passion for Client Success into our team.
Sandra is a huge True Crime Podcast fan and never misses an episode of Aktenzeichen XY (a German TV show on unsolved crimes). Besides unsolved crimes, she is also passionate about sports. Sandra always tries to stay in motion and loves to do Pilates. She also enjoys going for a walk or swimming, which is a great way to switch off.
Since Sandra doesn’t like the Oktoberfest at all – even though she lives right around the corner – she prefers to escape from Munich at this time. Her favorite vacation destination is Iceland. She has already been there eight times, as the country and its people always inspire Sandra anew, one of her closest friends is also Icelandic. Due to the extremely complicated names, she can still hardly remember a city name, but to ensure that at least the outlines of the island are always available, she had them tattooed on her foot.
