Five questions for… Caro

Who are the people behind trbo? In our blog series our employees introduce themselves – and answer five questions about themselves and their work. Today with our Team Lead Account Management Caroline Timm.

1. How did you hear about trbo and when did you start working?

I joined trbo in October 2019. A former colleague of mine, who was working at trbo by then, had posted the trbo job offering on Xing. After having already been able to work with the trbo tool on the customer side at a previous job, I was immediately hooked and got to work on my application.

2. What is your job at trbo?

I work as a team lead in account management. Firstly, I am an account manager, looking after my own customer base. I particularly enjoy the close and regular exchange with my customers. Seeing how an initial idea develops into a well-thought-out campaign with a target group-specific approach that ultimately delivers positive results is a great motivator, even during stressful times.

As team lead, I also support the colleagues in my team and am always available to answer questions and solve problems.

Besides trbo, we also have two other tools, the BNDLA and cnslta, for which I am responsible within the account management. I accompany our customers throughout the entire setup phase, right up to the live launch of the finished product. Thus, my job is very versatile and I get to learn something new every day.

3. Either/or. (Delete where not applicable)

Gummy bearsChocolate

Coffee – Tea (I can’t decide, I love both)

Treppe – Aufzug (if possible, I ALWAYS choose the elevator)

Dog – Cat (as you can easily see on the photo)

Winter – Summer

Sneaker – High-Heels

Cooking for myself – Eating out (I can’t cook at all and I honestly do not really enjoy it)

Beer – Wine

4.  Is there anything you wouldn’t do for all the money in the world?

I would not jump out of an airplane or go bungee jumping for all the money in the world, as I have an extreme fear of heights, which sometimes even causes me difficulties on escalators.

5. What did you want to be when you grew up?

As a child and a teenager, I wanted to join the criminal police and solve murders. However, the long training course honestly deterred me at that time, so now I only deal with the subject in my free time listening to a new episode of a true crime podcast. But there is also a bit of detective work for me at trbo, when the question is: why isn’t my campaign being displayed?!

Bonus question: What do your colleagues not know about you so far?

That’s a tough question, I am a very open person and love to spill the beans.

However, there is this one boat trip that my colleagues don’t know about yet. But that’s not a story I want to tell on the Internet but rather save for the next beer pong evening.
