Heading into Spring with new strength – Maximilian Kraft starts in Account Management

We are continuing to grow: After the arrival of Ferenc Vass in March, our team is now welcoming another new employee. From now on Maximilian Kraft joins our account management!

Maximilian was born in Brilon, a small town in Sauerland. At the age of 12 he moved from North Rhine-Westphalia to the south, to Munich with his family. After finishing school, he decided to pursue a training as an event & marketing manager at the Macromedia Academy. However, he was only allowed to take the final exam in one field and so he decided to take the degree in event management.  During his training, he was able to gain initial experience in two longer internships.

At the Preferred World agency, the 24-year-old was able to get a glimpse of the club sector and, among other things, help plan events at the Filmcasino in Munich. During his internship at the agency Metzler:Vater live, Maximilian worked in sports marketing for BMW and took care of biathlon and winter sports sponsoring for BMW.  After his training, Maximilian started working at Metzler:Vater live and quickly discovered how much he enjoyed working with customers – making them happy and solving their problems. But it wasn’t just problem solving that was particularly interesting to the 24-year-old; he also enjoyed providing advice on new products.

His path then eventually led him into sales. As a junior sales manager, he worked in direct sales for American Express. Besides direct sales, he learned a lot about cold calling and realized that he was more interested in account management and customer service. Then, as if on cue, a job ad from trbo came up, to which Maximilian immediately applied. Regarding his hiring, he says, “After contacting trbo, I was already on board within a week. Everything went trbo-fast!”

Maximilian prefers to spend his free time in the mountains. In the summer he enjoys hiking or biking, and in the winter he loves to go skiing. When he is not out and about, he also likes to conjure up elaborate 3-course meals.

We are happy that Maximilian is now sharing his passion for making customers happy with us and that we might be able to enjoy a 3-course (barbecue) meal or two! Welcome to the trbo crew!
