Successfully kicking off the new year: Tim Maicher starts as Senior Sales Manager

First of all we wish you all a happy new year!

 

What a great way to start the new year 2021: We are happy to announce a new employee! Tim Maicher is joining our team as Senior Sales Manager.

 

Born in Kempen, he completed his bilingual studies of International Marketing in Venlo, Holland, in 2010. After that, however, he was drawn to more mountainous regions and thus to Munich.
Over the next five years, Tim gained experience in sales in the publishing industry and the Munich startup scene. His main focus was on business development for various ePublishing companies. Following this, the 35-year-old worked in strategic sales for Meinungsmeister, a service for SMEs to collect authentic and local reviews. Here, his focus was on training sales managers and media consultants of all major telephone directory publishers of the Yellow Pages and DasÖrtliche. In his last job, Tim spent three years as Director Sales at DAC Group, where he was responsible for the sales strategy in Germany and the acquisition of key accounts.

 

In his free time, Tim enjoys sports. He loves to spend time mountain biking on downhill tracks or trails. In summer, he can often be found windsurfing on the Ammersee. He is also looking forward to sweating in the gym again – as soon as Covid allows it. A further passion of our new Senior Sales Manager is also difficult to fulfill at the time: Traveling the world and discovering culinary delights, usually and preferably with his family, which grew by a little daughter a year ago. When things need to be a bit quieter, he also likes to play a few games on his computer to calm down.
