As of today, trbo, the leading onsite personalization platform, becomes a certified member of MACH Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping companies navigate the complex modern technology landscape.
The Alliance’s mission is to future-proof enterprise technology and to propel current and future digital experiences with open and connected enterprise technology. It drives awareness among enterprises of the benefits of open and modern, best-of-breed ecosystems that provide flexibility and openness as a key differentiator. Like all members, Munich-based personalization platform trbo had to meet strict certification standards before joining the Alliance as a certified vendor.
“A composable commerce approach allows for businesses to select and compose only the best-of-breed components they need into a custom application stack,” said Casper Rasmussen, MACH Alliance president. “With trbo we have added a personalization solution to our member portfolio, an important component for enabling companies to meet constantly rising consumer demands.”
“Being part of the MACH Alliance is just the right step for us. trbo is set-up as an open and platform-agnostic architecture, allowing for data exchange and enrichment always with the focus to provide users with a highly personalized experience,” says Felix Schirl, CEO of trbo. “Together with the other members we can approach clients offering a customized solution matching their needs, but also to better understand the market to evolve to an even better product in the future.”
The MACH architecture, which stands for Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS and Headless, aims for businesses to have a high level of control and agility in order to meet their customers’ demands – not only today but also tomorrow.
