Meet Caroline Werner, Head of Client Success at trbo. With nearly a decade of experience in understanding and meeting the needs of clients, Caroline is an expert in finding the perfect solution for any problem. Her love for trbo's technology began while working at an online retailer, where she was impressed by its speed and ease of use. So when an opportunity to join the trbo team arose, she jumped at the chance and has been pivotal in facilitating collaboration between trbo’s client success team and trbo clients ever since. In her free time, she enjoys training her crazy dog from Romania, discovering new restaurants in Munich and traveling to hidden European gems.

Meet Julia Golovach, Team Lead of Technical Solutions at trbo. Julia joined the team as a junior front-end developer, where she harnessed her fascination with web design to manage a variety of small-scale projects. Now, she is the go-to expert for all things involving complex campaign tracking, GTM integrations, and her favorite, gamification, where she’s set up dozens of campaigns that sprinkle a little delight and fun into the customer experience, whether it be an online Easter egg hunt or a wheel of fortune integration. Julia loves the trbo family, where she feels every team member’s opinion matters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, organizing day trips, ice skating, playing board games, and jogging — even completing two half marathons and prepping for a third.

Meet Minea Hidic, Team Lead of Client Success at trbo. With a focus on customer retention and process optimization, Minea is often involved with the implementation of trbo’s most technically demanding projects. She is dedicated to supporting clients and always learning and adapting to the constantly evolving needs of the industry. Minea values the team spirit and personal development opportunities at trbo that make her day-to-day more exciting, always sharing that enthusiasm with the teams she leads. In her free time, she enjoys watching funny films, spending time with her family, going for walks, trying out new restaurants, and anything to relax after a day of helping clients achieve their goals.

Meet Patrick Zdravkovski, Team Lead of Client Success at trbo. With a background in both sales and customer service, Patrick serves as the interface between the Client Success and Sales teams, helping to onboard new customers and improve processes. He joined trbo after working in a large corporation, where he saw an opportunity to have a bigger impact on the product and contribute to the development of the company. As a partner specialist, he supports his team in all topics related to technology partners and the constant evolution and strive for excellence at trbo. In his free time, he enjoys watching American football, with a particular fondness for the New Orleans Saints, along with basketball, cooking, and traveling during the company's Charging Day.

Meet Samuel Scheurich, Team Lead of Client Success at trbo. Samuel brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked with trbo's largest telco client before. He has a deep understanding of the data enrichment landscape and is able to guide clients through its complexities. Samuel's empathy for his team sets him apart, as he is able to understand the unique problems of each team member and provide relevant recommendations. Outside of work, Samuel has a passion for basketball, which he has been playing since the age of 12. He also loves spending time with his friends and family, listening to music, and enjoying delicious vegetarian food.

Meet Stefanos Antyras, Team Lead of Technical Solutions at trbo. He excels in areas such as product logics/templates, product listing features, and gamification. With a diverse set of skills and a passion for problem-solving, Stefanos enjoys the constantly evolving challenges of his role at trbo. A team player, he values the supportive and experienced tech team he works with and always strives to work in a solution-oriented manner. In his free time, Stefanos enjoys playing and watching soccer, gaming, and fitness. When he and his wife aren’t spending time with their three cats at home, they love traveling and discovering new places.
